Potato Salad
Good for diet food is potato slad and easy to make.
Ingredients: potato 180g, egg 50g, cucumber 20g, carrot 20g, mayonnaise 40g,
(Salad sauce: yogurt 14g, sugar 4g, salt 3g)
Cook Time: 30 min
Directions:
1. The potato boil in the salt water and mash
2. Wash the vegetable and put the salt water about 10min and cut
3. Big bowl mix the potato and vegetable, egg and salad sauce
4. decorate(put the yellow one part of egg) and done~
