No need the oven make a egg tart

If you don't have oven or if you have a oven but you don't want use that. and also if you buy the egg tart expensive but you can make a egg tart

Ingredients:

tart dough- weak flour 2 cup, butter 100g, sugar powder 2t, salut 1/4t. baking powder1/2t
custard cream- yolk 2, sugar 40g, weak flour 1 1/2t. milk 200ml, vanilla oil 1/2t


Directions:


1. first start the make a tart dough broke the butter use the big bowl


2. and put the sugar powder and stir


3. put the egg and stir


4. colatorium the weak flour and sugar powder and stir and press


5. and pour the milk temperately


6. and lap tart dough and like square shape keep the refrigerator 2~3 hours


7. now make a custard cream medium size bowl put the eggs, sugar, weak flour, vanilla oil and mix


8. and boil the milk and slowly pour inside a custard cream bowl and keep the temperately and boil


9. and bring the tart dough and chop the circle shape and put the custard cream 1~2 spoon


10. put the pan and bake 18~20 min

sweet and sour pork

-The sweet and sour pork look like very hard making ,but actually easy to make also if eat with the black noodle more tasty.

cooking time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

●1 pound pork butt, cut into 1 inch cubes
●1 teaspoon salt
●1/4 teaspoon white sugar
●1 teaspoon soy sauce
●1 egg white
●2 green onions, chopped
●1 quart vegetable oil for frying
●1/2 cup cornstarch

●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
●3 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
●1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
●1 medium onion, cut into wedges
●white sugar to taste
●salt to taste

●1 cup water
●1/4 teaspoon salt
●3/4 cup white sugar
●1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
●1/4 cup ketchup
●1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
●1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
●2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Directions

1.-Place cubed pork in a medium bowl, and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix in the egg white and green onions. Cover, and place in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.

2. -Heat 1 quart oil to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C) in a large, heavy saucepan or deep fryer.

3.- Coat the pork with 1/2 cup cornstarch, and fry in the heated oil about 10 minutes, until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels.

4.- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir in the celery, green bell pepper, and onion, and cook until tender. Season with salt and sugar. Remove from heat, and set aside.

5.- In a large saucepan, mix 1 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce. Bring to a boil, and stir in the cooked pork, celery mixture, and the pineapple chunks with juice. Return to boil, and mix in 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup water to thicken. Cook until well blended.

Nowadays Hilo is very hot so, every time you find you want cool things, you are going to the store or mart and buying ice cream, juice so, you are spending money, gas, and that is not good for your body and not healthy.
So, I’ll introduce very healthy and cool ice pops you not have to go store and spend your money. You can make to your home very easy and more healthy and fun. You can give to your family and family give to the love. So, you can try make this.

●Chocolate ice pops
-This is rich, chocolaty pop is sure to satisfy your cravings without the guilt
•1 ½ tbsp. flour
•1/3 cup sugar
•3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 ½ cups fat-free milk
•Pinch of salt
•9 oz fat-free evaporated milk
-Mix all ingredients except evaporated mix well. Cook on stovetop over medium heat, stirring frequently until thick, about 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk Pour into molds and freeze

●Very berry, soy delicious ice pops
-This pop is light and mild-a great cool-you-down treat
•1 cup blueberries
•1 1/4 cups strawberries coarsely sliced
•1/3 cup brown sugar
•1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
-Purse blueberries and strawberries in a blender. Blend in sugar and milk. Pour into molds and freeze

●Chunky berry banana ice pops
-This hearty, flavorful, pop is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.
•1/2 cup blueberries
•1/2 cup raspberries
•1/2 cup blackberries
•3 Tbsp. honey
•1/2 cup banana
•1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
-Finely chop fruit. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into molds and freeze.
