TREATS: DELICIOUS, SIMPLE, AND OH SO COOL

Nowadays Hilo is very hot so, every time you find you want cool things, you are going to the store or mart and buying ice cream, juice so, you are spending money, gas, and that is not good for your body and not healthy.
So, I’ll introduce very healthy and cool ice pops you not have to go store and spend your money. You can make to your home very easy and more healthy and fun. You can give to your family and family give to the love. So, you can try make this.

●Chocolate ice pops
-This is rich, chocolaty pop is sure to satisfy your cravings without the guilt
•1 ½ tbsp. flour
•1/3 cup sugar
•3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 ½ cups fat-free milk
•Pinch of salt
•9 oz fat-free evaporated milk
-Mix all ingredients except evaporated mix well. Cook on stovetop over medium heat, stirring frequently until thick, about 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk Pour into molds and freeze

●Very berry, soy delicious ice pops
-This pop is light and mild-a great cool-you-down treat
•1 cup blueberries
•1 1/4 cups strawberries coarsely sliced
•1/3 cup brown sugar
•1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
-Purse blueberries and strawberries in a blender. Blend in sugar and milk. Pour into molds and freeze

●Chunky berry banana ice pops
-This hearty, flavorful, pop is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.
•1/2 cup blueberries
•1/2 cup raspberries
•1/2 cup blackberries
•3 Tbsp. honey
•1/2 cup banana
•1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
-Finely chop fruit. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into molds and freeze.
